This policy explains what data the Zapiska app and service (“we”) collect from technician users and their clients, why we need it, and what rights you have. The app is distributed via the App Store; access to the service is granted by invitation.

1. Who we are

The Zapiska service is provided by DEVBY.PRO LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Companies House no. 17285382, D-U-N-S 234922757). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact e-mail — info@zapiska.app.

2. What we collect

We do not collect payment data, geolocation, photos without an explicit file selection, and we do not scan messages of the technician or their clients.

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Technical contractors that help run the service:

Data is disclosed to government authorities only upon a lawful and binding request in the applicable jurisdiction.

5. Where and how long we store it

Data is stored on servers in the European Union, on encrypted disks. Backups are kept there too, with the same protection.

An active account is stored for as long as you use it. After an account-deletion request we delete profile and related data within 30 days (backups — as they rotate, usually up to 60 days).

6. Your rights

To exercise your rights, write to info@zapiska.app from the address the account is registered to.

7. Children

The app is not intended for persons under 16. We do not ask users for their age, but on receiving credible information about such a user we will delete their account.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will mark material changes with the date above and, if necessary, notify you in the app.
